Its five years since that fateful morning that I received a call from dad to say you were not well and he had called the ambulance. Then to get a call from the carers to say Pat you need to come home and when I arrived dad stood there and said you had gone. My world fell apart my mom couldn't be gone I only saw you the day before and you were fine. That day is etched onto my mind never to be forgotten I lost my wonderful mom and dad lost his wife and my children lost their nan. Life is not the same without you ever and I still pick up the phone and expect to hear you say "Its only me" But since then dad has joined you and you are together love you so much and miss you so much always in my thoughts and my heart xxx
